Happy Puppy, Good Puppy Classes (AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy)
For happy puppies 2-4 months old
C.L.A.S.S. (Canine Life and Social Skills)
High School Curriculum
Level: Beginner
A (6)-week group learning class focusing on basic manners and proper socialization. Safe handling skills, introduction to canine body language, and foundations in puppy health and wellness are also covered. Maximum (6) puppies per class to enhance learning for all family members, human and canine.
*Off of the leash socialization activities are included in every class
Puppies MUST be between the ages of 8 weeks to 16 weeks by the first day of class to support the physical and mental developmental milestones experienced during this age group.
The C.L.A.S.S. Curriculum was developed by the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) through evidenced-based research and application.
Puppies graduating from the "High School" C.L.A.S.S. program will have the opportunity to test for the AKC (American Kennel Club) S.T.A.R. (Socialization, Training, Activity, and Responsibility) Puppy title for an additional $15 to cover processing fees.
