For youth dog trainers 8-17 years old


(8) 45-minute small group classes for youth ages 8-17 years and their family dog ages 6 months and older who are interested in learning, practicing, and testing for the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certificate and/or title.


Work, play, and be curious about how to communicate with your dog through understanding dog body language, human body language, and a safe, healthy relationship with your family dog. Enjoy supporting your family dog by helping them reach their highest potential as a happy, confident canine companion at home and on the go!


The CGC program was developed and is moderated through the American Kennel Club (AKC) to provide a uniform opportunity for dogs and their owners to demonstrate manners in public settings. This certification may be used as a precursor for therapy dog testing, emotional support animal designation, and or service dog testing.


$285/(8) 45-minute classes AND CGC test/certification processing fees
